Students requesting any of the following letters or documents:
- Enrollment Verification
- Letter of Mid-term Explanation
- Letter of Good Standing
- Graduation Verification
- Other letter or document
must submit a signed Letter or Document Request form (pdf) to the Office of the Registrar. Allow two business days for processing.
Telephone and email requests are not acceptable.
To request transcripts, submit a signed Transcript Request form (pdf) to the Office of the Registrar. There is no charge for transcripts. TELEPHONE AND EMAIL REQUESTS FOR TRANSCRIPTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Students may also view their unofficial transcript and student account history on Self-Service. For assistance with your user name and password, contact the Office of the Registrar at firstname.lastname@example.org.
