Jack Lynch is a member of the New York and District of Columbia Bars and an intellectual property law specialist with over fifty years experience in the field. Mr. Lynch was a founding partner of an IP law firm in New York City and represented clients in all aspects of IP law including procuring patents, licensing IP rights and patent litigation in federal courts. Mr. Lynch merged his firm with Fulbright & Jaworski in 1998 and retired as a partner of the firm in 2002. Mr. Lynch has taught IP law courses at Georgetown University Law Center (from 1997), at the University of San Francisco School of Law (from 2001) and during USF Summer Law Programs at Charles University, Prague and Trinity College, Dublin.
