Kevin Carmichael – Partnership Tax.
Kevin Carmichael is a Tax partner with Salvatori, Wood and Buckel in Naples, Fla. He practices in the areas of closely held business law, federal and state taxation, tax controversy, inbound and outbound tax planning for US and foreign person; mergers and acquisitions of for profit and not for profit entities, exempt organization planning, business succession planning, asset protection planning and US and international income and estate planning. His is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Carmichael began his tax career as a CPA with Ernst and Young and has practiced tax law with Buchanan Ingersoll and Rooney, Greenberg Traurig and Quarles and Brady. He is Chairman and a founding director of the Center for Great Apes in Wauchula, Florida
