Joseph M. Isanga

Associate Professor

Father Isanga joined the Ave Maria faculty following his appointment as a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Notre Dame’s Center for Civil and Human Rights. He holds a Juridical Sciences Doctorate (Summa Cum Laude), LL.M (Summa Cum Laude) from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and LL.B (First Class Honors) from Makerere University School of Law (Kampala, Uganda).  He is a widely published scholar in International Law, International Human Rights (focusing on human rights and the rule of law in Africa) and Jurisprudence, and has expertise in International Law, International Human Rights, International Business Transactions Law, Jurisprudence, and Law, Ethics and Public Policy.
