Mr. Kremenchuker is an experienced immigration and patent law attorney. A former corporate law attorney Mr. Kremenchuker began his legal career working at the American Electric Power Company. He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. He then went on to receive his Master of Business Administration and Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School.  While representing international companies, Mr. Kremenchuker became interested in the ways of bringing intellectual capital and highly skilled employees from other parts of the world into the United States. He is the owner of Kremenchuker Law Firm with offices in Fort Myers, Orlando, and North Port. His areas of practice include Immigration, Patents, Personal Injury, Corporate, and Criminal Law. Mr. Kremenchuker has handled thousands of criminal, civil, and immigration cases in front of jurors and judges in Federal and state courts of Southwest, South, and Central Florida. He has successfully handled many immigration hearings in front of Immigration officers as well as Immigration Judges and has gotten his clients a favorable result in many types of cases including Asylum and Stay of Deportation proceedings.
