Assistant Professor

Prior to joining Ave Maria School of Law, Professor Elvy engaged in private practice as a corporate and real estate attorney in the New York office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom and in the Orlando office of Akerman Senterfitt.  Professor Elvy also taught Business Organizations and Sales at Barry University School of Law and Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando, Florida, before joining the faculty at Ave Maria School of Law.  Professor Elvy is an expert on human rights and commercial law in the Commonwealth Caribbean and Africa.
