William R. O’Neill

William R. O’Neill is an attorney and a partner in the Naples office of Roetzel & Andress, LPA. Originally a resident of New Jersey, he practiced law in Connecticut before moving to Naples in 1989. His work centers around taxation, trusts and estates and corporate law. He has been an active member of the American, Florida, Collier County and Connecticut Bar Associations, and has been involved with many Collier County and Naples charitable organizations. Professor O’Neill has spoken on tax matters and published or contributed to articles in the Connecticut Bar Journal and The Business Lawyer. He is a graduate of Boston College and the University of Virginia School of Law, and holds a Masters degree in English literature from the University of Virginia as well as a Masters degree in Taxation from the New York University School of Law. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
