Ms. Dudek currently works as a law clerk to the Honorable Sheri Polster Chappell, United States District Judge for the Middle District of Florida in Fort Myers, Florida. Prior to that, she worked as a labor and employment attorney at Epstein, Becker, & Green, P.C. in Washington, D.C. As a practicing attorney, Ms. Dudek represented employers in employment discrimination suits, counseled employers on wage and hour laws, and drafted employee handbooks and workplace policies and procedures.

Ms. Dudek graduated from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations and the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. During law school, Ms. Dudek earned a labor and employment law concentration and was awarded the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.

Ms. Dudek is the secretary of the Southwest Florida Federal Court Bar Association and a member of Calusa Inn of Court.
