Help Desk
The Help Desk is located in the West Hall Computer Lab, Rooms 124 & 127. The desk is staffed by student workers on a limited schedule. Student workers may help you with some of the following issues that students commonly encounter while trying to gain access to technology resources:

  • How to access your email
  • How to reset your password
  • How to gain access to the Law School Portal
  • How to gain access to the wireless network
  • How to load exam software on your computer

  • In addition to our student Help Desk employees, our knowledgeable IT staff are also available to provide customer-focused technology support for all aspects of technology used within the Ave Maria School of Law classrooms and buildings.

    Portal Information
    The Law School's intranet, referred to as the "Ave Portal" provides students with a wealth of information and utilities. The Portal includes access to the following information and much more:

    • News and instructions from the Office of Career Services, Academics, Admissions, the Library, and other departments
    • A searchable student directory
    • Course pages for current classes (which may include assignments, old exams, answer keys, handouts, and syllabi)
    • Links to other web resources
    • General student announcements
    • A calendar of events
    • Faculty contact information
