Because of the generosity of benefactors and friends, Ave Maria Law has made the addition of its very own Fitness Complex. More than a facility, we’ve launched an entire Mind + Body + Spirit approach on campus for our community—comprising of students, faculty, and staff.

We’ve started a health trend on campus and it’s catching on. Group classes as well as running and walking groups are active on campus. 

There’s a direct correlation between exercise and the brain. Exercise will increase the ability to succeed at the highest level during our students’ law school experience. Just as it takes months to build our complex, it takes time to incorporate new habits. Every small step adds up to something great.

Follow your path to a healthier mind, body, and spirit with the Cancro Center’s WELLNESS WAY!

Embracing a themed weekly routine can be an enriching way to add structure and excitement to your life. “Mindful Mondays” can start your week with serenity, focusing on meditation or journaling to set positive intentions. “Tasteful Tuesdays” might be dedicated to culinary exploration, trying new recipes or savoring different cuisines. “Whatever Wednesdays” offer a chance to be spontaneous—whether it’s pursuing a hobby, watching a movie, or simply relaxing.

Thirsty Thursdays” can be a social highlight, where you gather with friends or try out new drink recipes, emphasizing moderation and enjoyment. Finally, “Fitness Fridays” set the stage for an active weekend, motivating you to engage in a favorite workout or outdoor activity. By embracing this varied approach, each day brings its unique flavor and a balanced rhythm to your week.
