- Families are given priority for Villa assignments
Villas are the ideal housing option for students with families. Their spacious floor plans provide a comfortable living arrangement for spouses and children. The garage and laundry make it easier to store items and leaves the parents more flexibility for washing clothes than in the apartments.
Other benefits of living on-campus for families is the proximity of the public park, Vineyards Elementary, the beach, and Publix.
No pets are allowed in Ave Law housing.
