Bonnie Lamb

Assistant Professor Academic Success & Bar Preparation Strategies.

Bonnie Lamb serves as an Assistant Professor in the Program for Academic Success and Bar Preparation at Ave Maria School of Law. She is a 2023 graduate of Ave Maria Law, where she was a scholarship recipient and an Inaugural Fellow of the Coach Rod Smith Business Law Institute. After graduation, she passed both the Florida and Colorado Bar Exams and founded Lamb Law, where her practice focused on estate planning, real estate, business formation and succession, and mediation.

Before entering the legal profession, Professor Lamb built a successful 25-year career as a residential Realtor on Colorado’s Western Slope, working as both a Realtor and a certified mentor and trainer. This background gives her a strong understanding of the practical challenges individuals and families face in protecting their property, businesses, and long-term plans.

Her decision to return to Ave Maria as a professor grew from the impact the Academic Success team had on her own law school experience. They helped her build confidence, master foundational skills, and ultimately succeed on two bar exams. She now aims to provide that same support to future attorneys, helping students “connect the dots,” strengthen core competencies, and approach the Bar exam with clarity and determination.

Professor Lamb is a mother, grandmother, wife, daughter, sister, and aunt—roles that continue to shape her perspective and commitment to serving others.
