Her teaching emphasizes practical application, confidence-building, and helping students connect legal concepts in a clear and approachable way.
Professor Lamb is a 2023 graduate of Ave Maria School of Law, where she was a scholarship recipient and an inaugural Fellow of the Coach Rod Smith Business Law Institute. Following graduation, she successfully passed both the Florida and Colorado Bar Examinations.
After entering legal practice, Professor Lamb founded Lamb Law, where her work focused on estate planning, real estate matters, business formation and succession planning, and mediation. Her legal practice reflected her longstanding commitment to serving individuals, families, and small businesses with practical legal guidance and personalized counsel.
Before beginning her legal career, Professor Lamb spent more than 25 years as a residential Realtor on Colorado’s Western Slope. Her decades of practical experience in real estate and client services continue to inform her teaching and mentorship of law students.

She now seeks to provide students with the same encouragement and practical guidance that shaped her own legal education.
